Owner’s representative for a $4.5 million ground-up 2-story, 140 stall concrete parking structure in Corona, California.  Provided project initiation and planning, client management, budget and schedule development/management, facilitation of OAC meetings, city agency coordination, QA/QC reviews, bidding and selection of general contractor, change order review, weekly construction job walks and close-out documents review.
