Gradient Real Estate Group wins 2nd Place in Tustin Preservation Conservancy & AIA Orange County Design Competition

Old Town Tustin currently has several empty lots which have been vacant for years. The Tustin Preservation Conservancy partnered with AIA Orange County to engage architects and designers in an open design competition to envision the development of one of these lots. The proposed design should enhance the historic fabric while offering fresh ideas about the future development of Old Town Tustin.

Gradient Real Estate Group partnered with NEXT Architecture to submit an entry for the competition that introduced the notion of "Destination Nodes" to foster creative experiences for art, music and dining.  We are thrilled to announce that our entry was announced as the 2nd place winner at the awards reception held at the AIA Orange County office on November 21, 2019.
