Owner's Construction Project Manager for a $95 million ground-up construction of a 110,000 s.f. Church and Monastery on 125 acres of land in Silverado, California. Engaged from the schematic design phase through construction to provide project management services.  Provided facilitation of owner/design consultant coordination meetings during the design phases, QA/QC drawing reviews, value-engineering assistance, construction contract negotiation, attendance at OAC meetings and change order review.
