Gradient Real Estate Group is excited to be a part of The Bungalows, an amazing project in the City of Costa Mesa which will provide affordable housing for families experiencing homelessness. Supporters of this project attended an on-site construction kick-off event on July 14th, 2022. Attendees included City of Costa Mayor John Stephens and City Council members, Families Forward and HomeAid staff, and various members of the design and construction team. This project is expected to be completed by the end of 2022 (just in time for the holidays!).
